Taiwan Christians has stood united and have risen to pray together, as the country faces serious threats from China.
In a recent video sent to the Country by the military department of China, the video simulated what attacks on Taiwan would look like.
At present, Taiwan faces daily pressure from China as war appears to be imminent.
“To be clear, we do not seek conflict or confrontation, but we will not flinch in the face of bullying or coercion,” U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin said.
Brian Lu, pastor of Shekinah House of Bread of Life in Taipei, told CBN News that Christians in Taiwan have come together to pray for their country.
“The united prayers and fasting prayers of the churches in Taiwan are much more than ever before. It’s an unprecedented prayer movement,” Lu shared with CBN News.
“I believe something so simple is starting to have such a huge impact upon people in the church and also the people around the church,” Gordon Huang added.
A remarkable prayer movement has since taken hold, as individuals from various walks of life come together in continuous prayer sessions. Their focus lies in calling for spiritual revival, unity, repentance and protection for their homeland.
The Revival Prayer Group (RPG) movement began with a handful of believers taking turns to pray around the clock for Taiwan.
Taiwan’s Christians has since stood united, fervently believing that their petitions will reach God, and His guiding hand will bring peace and protection to their beloved nation.
