– 7 Gospel Artistes On SelahAfrik Breakout Radar For The Year 2024
2023 has been a very eventful year for the MinDustry and saw the rise of Nigerian gospel music acceptance not only in the country but globally.
Artistes like Victor Thompson, Eldia, Labisi, Ebuka Songs and more all contributed to this exciting feat and one can only look forward to what they have in store for us as we kick off the year 2024.
Here is a list of some of the exciting gospel artistes to watch out for as we start the year 2024 in no particular order.
7. Eldia
A.M.A Records, Eldia continues to take the MinDustry by storm song by song and we can only but get excited about what she as in store for us for the year 2023.
Eldia already boost of a solid project to her and scores of well accepted singles like Pray, Love walk, This Life to mention but a few.

6. Prinx Emmanuel
Spotlite Signee and “Odogwu” crooner, Prinx Emmanuel definitely had a 2023 to remember with a number of impressive feature on his belt.
Aside of being an excellent songwriter/singer, Prinx Emmanuel also doubles as a producer, sound engineer and a multi-instrumentalist.
5. Ugee Royalty
Still fresh from her exploit at the 2022 De9jaspirit Talent Hunt Season 2, Ugee Royalty is definitely one of the gospel artiste to watch out for in the 2024.
She already as a number of impressive releases on her belt and we can only hope for more to come from the fast rising act.
4. Esther Oji
EeZee Conceptz Global signee, Esther Oji had an impressive run of no bad song in the year 2023, a list which includes “Daalu”, “Mighty Chorus” to mention but a few.
Kin observers of the MinDustry is no stranger to the impressive run of the psalmist and we can only hope for even more in the new year.
3. Labisi
First ever Gospel Groove Talent Quest (GGTQ) winner, Labisi Esther is another exciting gospel artiste to watch out for come 2024.
Labisi clinched the top spot at the median edition of “Gospel Groove Talent Quest”, earning her the grand prize of a 3-year recording deal worth a staggering 300 Million Naira, including a brand-new car, an apartment, and a cash prize of 10 million Naira and one can only expect great things from the gospel act.
2. Ebuka Songs
Ebuka Songs might have just signed to Spotlite Records in 2023 but he definitely showed that he needed no time in settling down but shared fire releases upon releases.
Already boosting of worship anthems like “I Will Pray”, “Calling My Name” to mention but a few have all gone on to make major statements in Nigerian gospel music scene and we can only hope for more from the amazing gospel act.
1. Victor Thompson
Victor Ufuoma Thompson well known as Victor Thompson kicked off a remarkable year by debuting on the US Billboard top 50 while also bagging an Headies nomination thanks to his global prophetic anthem, “This Year”.
Victor Thompson had arguably the best gospel song in the 2023 so it is only expected to look forward to even more impressive releases from the gospel star.
