– NBA Star Jonathan Isaac Launches Faith-Based Clothing Company
NBA star, Jonathan Isaac has launched a faith-based clothing line for “faith loving Americans.” The clothing line is tagged UNITUS.
The NBA star who plays for Orlando who was previously with Nike, announced the Christian apparel company for ‘freedom-loving Americans.
The star who refused to take the knee 3 years ago after the death of George Floyd revealed the clothing line caters for those who have the same belief as him.
“I believe that values matter, and in today’s day when we do give our money to companies that don’t support our values we’re cosigning their message,” he said in an interview on Fox & Friends. “So what I wanted to do was give Americans–freedom-loving, faith-loving Americans–the option to buy with their values.”
Explaining his actions on not taking the knee and wearing the Black Lives Matter shirt in 2020, the star said;
“I didn’t want to align myself with the Black Lives Matter movement and organization,” he said.
“And I felt that a true answer to all the problems that we see, not just racism, was the gospel of Jesus Christ. So I decided to stand up and share it.”
The NBA star clothing line will be launched during the start of the season, this August. The clothing company will include hoodies, shirts and also sneakers.
UNITUS is a values-based alternative for sports and lifestyle apparel based on Faith, Family, & Freedom.
