Welcome to another wonderful edition of SelahAfrik Top 10 Weekly, a rating put in place by leading Gospel blog SelahAfrik for Gospel artistes

Last week’s rating was great but this week’s rating features even more exciting gospel artistes with lovely entries so good you stop to wonder why you would ever want to listen to secular songs ever again. These songs raised the bar so high it’s hard to believe gospel songs can be this soothing and yet pass a clear message.

This week rating features debut entries by exciting gospel artistes like Ayomilly with Unstoppable, Ceedee with Iyin Atope, Felix Jimmy with Do It Again to mention but a few.

10. Evang. John Kola Idowu | Jesu Jafunmi

John Kola Idowu sits at our number 10 in this week’s chart with Jesu Jafunmi a song that deviate from what you must have probably heard.

Evang John successfully sets out to bring fun and cool vibe into gospel praise while also laden with prayers and prophetic declarations of God’s promises and the power in the blood of Jesus Christ.

Johannesburg based, Nigerian gospel music minister, Dr. Frank makes his way into this week’s countdown with Tobeya (Praise Him) featuring South African gospel diva, Nwabisa Meth.

The song gives that smooth but calm vibe you need to comfortably get in tune with the Holy spirit.

8. Felix Jimmy | Do It Again

Felix Jimmy shows us how worshiping should be done with this wonderful piece tagged “Do It Again” at number 8.

Dished out alongside its official music video directed by Abraham Daniels, Felix Jimmy cheers us to experience the power of the Ancient of days in this powerful song as He is the same yesterday, today and forever; What He did before, He can do it again.

7. Mercy Chinwo | Eze

Mercy Chinwo stakes her claim at this week’s No.7 spot with her soul edifying and worship enticing single tagged Eze featuring Preye Odede .

The wonderful worship single still continues to be a source of testimony and blessings for listeners all over the world years after its initial release while still doing excellent numbers on all major platforms.
