The senior pastor and founder of Citadel Community Church, formally known as the Latter Rain Assembly, Tunde Bakare has completed the mega-church building project, reportedly worth N18 billion.

A short distance from the old Daystar Christian Center, the new structure is located at First Bank bus stop, Okpebi, Oregun Road, Ikeja. The new structure known as “The Citadel” will serve as the church’s new auditorium.

For many years, Pastor Tunde Bakare has been running the Latter Rain Church at a single location on Akilo Road, Ogba, Lagos, without any other branch anywhere. It tried to establish some branches a few years ago but soon its status was restored.
