After the elaborate Nigerian wedding last year, son of the richest woman in Nigerian, Folarin Alakija and his iranian beauty Nazanin Jafarian has tied the knot at Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire, England.
The wedding between Folarin, the son Nigeria’s richest woman, Folorunso Alakija, and Nazanin Jafarian Ghaissarifa which is reported to have cost £5 million attracted lots of big names names in Nigeria, with the likes of Aliko Dangote, Senator Florence Ita Giwe, Toyin Saraki and other dignitaries from the business world all gracing the event.
Regularly used as a film location, the Blenheim Palace has been seen in Hollywood blockbuster movies like Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Rogue Nation, Cinderella and the upcoming Transformers: Revenge of the Knight.
Folorunsho Alakija, who is the mother of the groom, is the richest Nigerian woman and one of Africa’s richest women in the world with an estimated fortune of $2.1 billion. In 2014, she knocked Oprah Winfrey off her post as the richest woman of African descent in the world.
