JNMAward winning producer Wilson Joel has featured his production in a soon to be released movie titled “Just Not Married”. The movie produced by Judith Audu-Foght will premiere on the 13th of May.

It features Judith Audu-Fogth, Stan Nze, Rotimi Salami and more. It was shot on location in Lagos last year and comes after the production of the award winning short film “Not Right”, which was a commentary on domestic violence.

Wilson Joel is a great advocate of positive and inspiring art so it comes as no huge surprise that he will be associated with a movie that speaks against societal vices. He was quoted recently saying:

“We all cannot be headed same way musically & in beliefs. I love producing & churning out Positive music (Gospel, Love songs, Happy Mood songs, Celebratory songs and songs that don’t necessarily have vulgar words in them) No offense to anyone but this won’t change!

They even said ‘Wilson Joel, you won’t make any headway in Naija if you don’t have some dangerous beats people can dance to o’, I laughed and said to one of them ‘with all due regards our head ain’t the same & we all ain’t going same direction’. I will surely get there, I can see it! Ain’t nobody stopping me, I’m a product of grace!”

“Just Not Married” was produced by Judith Audu-Foght and  directed by Uduak-Obong Patrick. The movie was edited by Asurf Oluseyi.
