— Pastor Adeboye Prays For The Ooni of Ife
General overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Pastor Adeboye paid a courtesy visit to the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi Wednesday morning.
Pastor E.A Adeboye gave the charge to Oba Ogunwusi saying if there was unity among all Yoruba groups across the country, the lost glory would be restored, “for united we stand and divided we fall”.
He further commended the Ooni for the maximum development and steps taken in repositioning the entire Yoruba race for greatness and urged him not to relent.
The General Overseer also prayed for the Ooni of Ife.
The Ooni thanked the Pastor Adeboye for his spiritual support and enjoined other leaders to emulate him. It can be recalled that Pastor Kumuyi of the Deeper Life Bible Church also paid the Ooni a courtesy visit in December.
The Oba was ordained in October 2015 following the passing away of Oba Sijuade.
