“Ànd if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday.”
-Isaiah 58:10
Ever wonder why people compliment you when you feel you don’t deserve it, or envy you when you feel there is nothing to be envied about you?
Even when Christ has not yet been fully revealed in us as a child of God, when we are still observing the transformation from the new birth- transfiguration – glorification, we shine in the darkness because we love God and Christ manifest this love in us and through us unto others according to Isaiah 58:10. So – though, we are not yet in the place we ought to be, but we loving God and obeying His commandments, the grace of God goes with us everywhere and people consciously or subconsciously submit to this grace.
Halleluyah! Our darkness is like afternoon!
